This initiative aims to Entrepreneurship training empowers individuals with the skills and knowledge to start, manage, and grow a business. It enhances creativity, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities while building confidence and resilience. Participants gain insights into financial management, marketing strategies, and leadership skills, enabling them to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and create sustainable ventures. This training also fosters innovation, self-reliance, and job creation, contributing to economic growth and community development.

DESCRIPTION:

Session 1: Koushik, the Manager.

Conducted the session covering MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) topics. Key points discussed included fund allocation and government grants, Udyam registration, government support, and financial backing from banks.

 Session 2: Mr. Vasu, the resource person- led an interactive session featuring activities, real-time examples, and video presentations. Key takeaways from the session included:

  1. How to set and achieve goals.
  2. The difference between employment and entrepreneurship.
  3. Success stories, such as businesses like flower shops and idly & dosa batter ventures.
  4. Qualities of an entrepreneur.

5. Principles of success to achieve goals: Clarity, Content, Commitment, and Confidence.
